Stack Attack

Stacking moulding has many benefits; as it is more profitable, more creative, and just darn fun to design and play with.

Taking CMI Copper moulding # 3933 , and adding CMI #3545, I. added a touch of traditional to a very modern profile. Than I used the matching Copper fillet #3918 to mini-frame the small postcard.

While the framing itself is a form of art (thank you very much), I did not let it over shadow the art (sadly, an all too common framer mistake), as framing should really only enhance the art, and should never overwhelm it.

Framing is Fun!

How wide of a flat outer edge on the inside moulding do you need? 3545 has a 3/16" edge. 4501 has only 1/16". Is that enough?
